Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (e.g. a letter or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice. We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have proven that you sent them.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of telling us about your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check them.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised, for example custom designs, custom sizes or items made from your own files.
